What documents will I need?

You will need to upload the following during registration:

  • FAA Certificate or License (front side only – required if you currently hold one; expired is OK)
    Examples: Pilot Certificate, Medical Certificate, Aircraft Registration, Dispatcher Certificate or other FAA-issued credentials relevant to your situation.
  • Government-Issued Photo ID (required – expired is OK)
    Examples: Passport, Driver’s License, or other official government photo identification.

Supported formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG or camera photo uploads (each file must be under 10MB).

Upload tip: If you have multiple documents, you can upload them all at once in the first upload field or use separate upload fields if preferred. Simply select all required files/photos at the same time when prompted, maximum of 6 files per upload field. Smaller file sizes speed up registration and checkout processing time.

This helps us prepare for your 15-minute session and match you with the right expert.
