Services Provided

US Aviation Agency provides U.S. Agent for Service to facilitate FAA document delivery for certificate holders and aircraft owners, in compliance with FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 3, Subpart C). Services include:

• Providing a U.S. address for FAA correspondence.
• Secure digitization of FAA documents, uploaded to your online portal.
• Real-time notifications via email, text, WhatsApp, or Signal.
• Optional mailing of original documents with tracking or secure shredding.

Eligibility

Our services are available to:

• Individuals or entities with FAA certificates, ratings, authorizations, or aircraft registrations, particularly those with foreign addresses or no U.S. physical address.
• U.S. citizens requiring a confidential FAA mailing address.
• Aviation businesses, flight schools, or training organizations holding FAA certifications.

Subscription Terms

• Annual Subscription: Services are provided via an annual subscription, valid until the end of the subscription period. Renewal is required to maintain service. Price of renewal will be at the rate of your qualified service plan.
• Payment: Payment is due at the start of the subscription. We accept major credit cards and PayPal (subject to our Cookie Policy for PayPal cookies).
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 30 days before the end of the term. You will be notified of renewal and charged accordingly.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription by contacting [email protected]. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods (see Refund Policy).

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for FAA compliance.
• Update your FAA credentials when changed or renewed (e.g. FAA Medical)
• Comply with all applicable laws and FAA regulations.
• Use our services ethically and not misuse our platform (e.g. submitting fraudulent documents).
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Compliance with FAA Regulations

You are responsible for meeting FAA deadlines:

• New Applicants: Must designate a U.S. Agent for Service by April 2, 2025.
• Existing Certificate Holders: Must comply by July 7, 2025, to maintain certifications.

Failure to comply may result in FAA penalties, for which we are not liable.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these terms.
• Fail to pay subscription fees.
• Misuse our services or engage in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, access to your online portal and services will cease, and data will be retained or deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

US Aviation Agency is not liable for:

• Delays or errors in FAA correspondence beyond our control.
• Losses due to your failure to comply with FAA regulations.
• Unauthorized access to your data, provided we have taken reasonable security measures.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription.

Intellectual Property

Our website and services, including logos and content, are owned by US Aviation Agency. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law or our services. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email or our website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Daytona Beach, Florida.
