We do not use any outside programmers, contractors or third-party developers who could access your data.
Your personal and financial information is stored in our secure server environment and is never exposed to outsourced or non-vetted personnel. We protect it with multiple layers of industry-standard security measures, including encryption, strict access controls, firewalls, monitoring and regular backups.
FAA correspondence is digitized in-office, uploaded to your secure proprietary dashboard and physical documents are retained for mailing or shredded upon written request by you.
Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, our PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. Limited notification platforms (for email, text, WhatsApp or Signal alerts) are only used at your discretion.
While we implement reasonable and industry-standard safeguards, no system is completely impenetrable. We are not liable for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control, including at compliant third-party providers like Stripe.

- Data may be processed by service providers in the U.S. or other jurisdictions, subject to equivalent data protection standards.
