Subscription Details
Our U.S. Agent for Service is an annual subscription that includes the immediate designation of US Aviation Agency as your U.S. Agent for Service (USAS) to comply with FAA regulations 14 CFR Part 3 Subpart C, a U.S. address for FAA correspondence, secure document digitization, notifications, and optional document mailing. By agreeing to the registration terms, you acknowledge that US Aviation Agency will designate itself as your USAS Agent immediately upon payment, typically within hours.
Refund Eligibility
- 7-Day Refund Period:
- Full Refund: If US Aviation Agency has not designated itself as your USAS Agent on the USAS website within 7 calendar days of your subscription start date, you are entitled to a full refund. You must request the refund in writing, confirming you no longer require USAS designation.
- Partial Refund: If US Aviation Agency has successfully designated itself as your USAS Agent on the USAS website, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your subscription start date. A non-refundable administrative fee of 50% of your annual plan will be deducted to cover setup costs. You must confirm in writing that you no longer require USAS designation.

- Non-Refundable Cases:
- No refunds are available after 7 calendar days from the subscription start date, regardless of service status.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
- Subscriptions canceled after 7 days but before the end of the term are non-refundable.
- Optional mailing fees for physical documents are non-refundable once shipped.
- Services related to secure shredding or digitization, once completed, are non-refundable.
Refund Process

- Review: We will verify the status of your USAS designation and review your request within 5 business days, notifying you of approval or rejection.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days:
- Full refunds (no USAS designation) will include the entire subscription amount.
- Partial refunds (USAS designation completed) will deduct a non-refundable administrative fee.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund:
- Check your bank or PayPal account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary.
- If issues persist, email [email protected].
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops automatic renewal but does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period, except within the 7-day refund period as outlined above. It’s important to note that if you cancel, you must provide the FAA with a new U.S. Registered Agent immediately to stay FAA compliant.
Service Non-Delivery
If US Aviation Agency fails to designate itself as your USAS Agent on the USAS website or provide other promised services (e.g., document notifications), you are entitled to a full refund, regardless of the 7-day window. Contact us immediately to resolve any issues.
