Subscription Details
Our U.S. Agent for Service is an annual subscription that includes the immediate designation of US Aviation Agency as your U.S. Agent for Service (USAS) to comply with FAA regulations 14 CFR Part 3 Subpart C, a U.S. address for FAA correspondence, secure document digitization, notifications and optional document mailing. By agreeing to the registration terms, you acknowledge that US Aviation Agency will become your designated FAA US Agent for Service USAS provider immediately upon payment.
“Subscription start date” means the date and time payment is successfully processed.
Refund Eligibility

- Full Refund — No questions asked. Simply let us know via email, that you are requesting a FULL REFUND (no explanation necessary) confirming you no longer require our US Aviation Agency’s USAS designation, and you MUST attach your updated usas.faa.gov portal email ‘Confirmation on the update of your U.S. Agent designation’ letter showing your newly designated provider.
- 14-Day Partial Refund:
- Partial Refund — You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your subscription start date. A non-refundable administrative fee of 50% of your annual plan will be deducted to cover administrative, compliance and system setup costs associated with your FAA U.S. Agent for Service designation. You must confirm in writing via email, that you are requesting a 50% REFUND (no explanation necessary) confirming you no longer require our US Aviation Agency’s USAS designation, and you MUST attach your updated usas.faa.gov portal email ‘Confirmation on the update of your U.S. Agent designation’ letter showing your newly designated provider.
- Non-Refundable Cases:
- No refunds are available after 14 calendar days from the subscription start date, regardless of service status.
- No prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
- Subscriptions canceled after 14 days but before the end of the term are non-refundable.
- Optional mailing fees for physical documents are non-refundable once shipped.
- Services that have been initiated or performed, including FAA designation processing, document handling or account setup, are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy.
Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the conditions outlined in this policy.
Refund Process
- Request: via email to [email protected] with your subscription details and usas.faa.gov portal updated designation letter to initiate your refund request.
- Review: we will verify the current status of your USAS designation and review your request within 5 business days.
- Processing: approved refunds will be processed by US Aviation Agency to your original payment method within 7 business days:
- Full refunds will be applied at 100% of the original paid subscription amount.
- Partial refunds will be applied at 50% of the original paid subscription amount.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund:
- Check your bank or PayPal account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary.
- If issues persist, email [email protected].
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops automatic renewal but does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period, except within the 14-day refund period as outlined above. It’s important to note that if you cancel, you must provide the FAA with a new U.S. Registered Agent immediately to stay FAA compliant.
Service Non-Delivery
If US Aviation Agency does not materially provide the core services described in our Terms of Service (e.g., document notifications), you are entitled to a full refund, regardless of the 14-day window. Contact us immediately to resolve any issues.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy and waive the right to initiate unjustified chargebacks. In the event of a chargeback that violates this policy, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and recover any and all associated fees.
“Business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
