Description
Stay protected and proactive with FAA compliance matters. Gain exclusive access to a one-time referral introduction with our established and experienced Aviation Attorney partner — specially vetted for International FAA license (certificate) holders (pilots, mechanics, drone operators, aircraft owners, etc.). This service is offered exclusively to International FAA certificate holders residing outside the United States and is not intended for US residents.
How the Service Works:
- If you receive time-sensitive FAA correspondence (such as a Letter of Investigation, Notice of Proposed Civil Penalty, enforcement-related process server document or other official notice) through your US Aviation Agency dashboard…
- Simply approve us to securely forward the digitized document(s) directly to our trusted Aviation Attorney.
- We’ll coordinate a one-time introductory meeting (virtual/phone) where the attorney reviews your situation and determines next steps.
- The attorney will then advise whether they can represent you in the matter and/or discuss any separate consultation/retainer fees directly with you.
This is not full legal representation or guaranteed case handling — it’s a fast, affordable gateway to professional aviation legal guidance when you need it most. Perfect for international pilots, expats or anyone without easy U.S.-based legal access facing potential FAA enforcement actions under 14 CFR Part 13—INVESTIGATIVE AND ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES.
Key Benefits:
- Peace of mind knowing expert help is just one approval away.
- No upfront attorney fees for the intro — pay only if further services are needed (terms set directly with the attorney).
- Complements your US Aviation Agency U.S. Agent for Service subscription (recommended but not required).
- Aviation pros helping aviation pros — backed by our 30+ years in the industry.
Important Notes:
- This is an annual subscription for one referral introduction per year (renewable).
- Service activates upon successful payment and is non-refundable after access granted.
- Attorney availability subject to their schedule; we facilitate but do not control.

Legal Disclaimer for Aviation Attorney Referral Annual Plan (Referral Introduction)
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING THIS SERVICE
US Aviation Agency (the “Company”) is not a law firm and none of its employees, representatives or agents are licensed attorneys or provide legal advice, representation or services. This Aviation Attorney Referral Annual Plan (the “Plan”) is strictly a referral introduction service only. It provides access to a one-time referral introduction with an independent, third-party Aviation Attorney partner (the “Attorney”) who is separately licensed and operates independently.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
- Purchasing or using this Plan does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and US Aviation Agency, the Attorney or any other party.
- An attorney-client relationship may only be formed directly between you and the Attorney after the referral introduction, if the Attorney agrees to accept your matter and you enter into a separate agreement for representation with them.
- No communications through US Aviation Agency (including forwarding documents or scheduling the introduction) are protected by attorney-client privilege until such a direct relationship is established with the Attorney.
Not Legal Advice or Representation
- This Plan is not legal advice, representation, case handling or a guarantee of any outcome.
- The referral introduction is for the Attorney to review your situation preliminarily and determine whether they can assist you further. Any subsequent legal services, fees, retainers or terms are arranged directly between you and the Attorney — US Aviation Agency has no involvement in, control over or responsibility for those arrangements.
- You should not rely on this Plan as a substitute for independent legal counsel. Always consult a qualified attorney of your choice for advice specific to your circumstances.
Service Timing and Efforts
- If the Plan is purchased prior to receiving FAA legal correspondence (e.g., Letter of Investigation, Notice of Proposed Civil Penalty or other enforcement-related notice), US Aviation Agency will make every reasonable effort to arrange the one-time referral introduction with the Attorney within 72 hours of your approval to forward documents and request the introduction.
- If the Plan is purchased after receiving such FAA legal correspondence, US Aviation Agency will make every reasonable effort to arrange the introductory consultation within 5 business days of your approval to forward documents and request the introduction.
- These timeframes are estimates only. Actual scheduling depends on the Attorney’s availability, your prompt provision of necessary information and other factors beyond our control. US Aviation Agency does not guarantee any specific timeframe or outcome.
Limitation of Liability
- US Aviation Agency’s liability related to this Plan is solely and exclusively limited to the actual cost paid for the Aviation Attorney Referral Annual Plan ($29).
- In no event shall US Aviation Agency, its owners, employees, agents or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of certificate, professional opportunities, income, legal rights or any other losses arising from the use of this service, the referral introduction or any subsequent interactions with the Attorney — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- The Company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees (express or implied) regarding the Attorney’s qualifications, availability, competence, performance, advice or decision to accept or handle your case.
Additional Important Notes
- This is an annual subscription for one referral introduction per subscription period (renewable).
- The service activates upon successful payment and is non-refundable after access is granted.
- Attorney availability is subject to their independent schedule; we facilitate coordination but do not control or employ the Attorney.
- This Plan complements (but does not replace) our U.S. Agent for Service subscription, which is recommended for full FAA compliance via 14 CFR Part 3.
- By purchasing or using this Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to this disclaimer in its entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, do not purchase or use the service. For questions about your specific FAA matter, seek advice from a licensed aviation attorney directly.
