Description
Be proactive and stay protected from aviation-related tax compliance matters with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or Virgin Island Bureau of Internal Revenue (VIBIR). Gain exclusive access to a one-time referral introduction with our established and experienced Aviation CPA partner — specially vetted for International FAA certificate (license) holders (pilots, mechanics, drone operators, aircraft owners, etc.). This service is offered exclusively to International FAA certificate holders residing outside of the United States and is not intended for US residents.
Professional pilots, especially those operating internationally or as expats, face unique financial challenges: complex per diem deductions, foreign earned income exclusions under IRS rules for international airspace/flights, multi-state tax implications, aircraft-related expenses (if applicable), and optimizing tax strategies while maintaining FAA and IRS compliance. Our referral service provides a fast, affordable gateway to expert aviation tax guidance tailored to these issues.
How the Service Works:
- Require guidance on time-sensitive tax matters (such as IRS correspondence, audit notices, complex filing questions or planning for deductions and per-diem related items associated with your aviation career).
- Require guidance on income-tax preparation.
- Require guidance on retirement planning.
- Require guidance on 401k participation and investment plan/vehicle selection.
- Require guidance on estate planning.
- Require guidance on the tax benefits of aircraft ownership.
- Simply approve us to securely forward your relevant digitized documents and details directly to our trusted Aviation CPA.
- We’ll coordinate a one-time introductory meeting (virtual/phone call) where the CPA reviews your situation and determines next steps.
- The CPA will then advise whether they can assist you further and/or discuss any separate consultation/retainer/preparation fees directly with you.
This is not full tax preparation, representation or guaranteed ongoing services — it’s a fast, affordable gateway to professional aviation CPA guidance when you need it most. Perfect for international pilots, expats or anyone without easy U.S.-based tax expertise facing IRS filings, per diem claims, foreign income exclusions or aviation-specific tax and retirement optimization.
Key Benefits:
- Peace of mind knowing expert help is just one approval away.
- No upfront CPA fees for the intro — pay only if further services are needed (terms set directly with the CPA).
- Complements your US Aviation Agency U.S. Agent for Service (USAS) subscription (recommended but not required).
- Aviation pros helping aviation pros — backed by our 30+ years in the industry.
Important Notes:
- This is an annual subscription for one CPA referral introduction per year (renewable).
- Service activates upon successful payment and is non-refundable after access granted.
- CPA availability subject to their schedule; we facilitate but do not control.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING THIS SERVICE
US Aviation Agency (the “Company”) is not a certified public accountant (CPA) firm, accounting firm or tax preparation service and none of its employees, representatives or agents are licensed CPAs or provide tax advice, preparation, representation or services. This Aviation CPA Referral Annual Plan (the “Plan”) is strictly a referral introduction service only. It provides access to a one-time referral introduction with an independent, third-party Aviation CPA partner (the “CPA”) who is separately licensed/certified and operates independently.
No CPA-Client Relationship
- Purchasing or using this Plan does not create a CPA-client or accountant-client relationship between you and US Aviation Agency, the CPA or any other party.
- A CPA-client relationship may only be formed directly between you and the CPA after the referral introduction, if the CPA agrees to accept your matter and you enter into a separate agreement for services with them.
- No communications through US Aviation Agency (including forwarding documents or scheduling the introduction) are protected by any professional privilege until such a direct relationship is established between you and the CPA.
Not Tax Advice or Representation
- This Plan is not tax advice, preparation, representation, filing, audit defense or a guarantee of any outcome.
- The referral introduction is for the CPA to review your situation preliminarily and determine whether they can assist you further. Any subsequent tax services, preparation, planning, fees, retainers or terms are arranged directly between you and the CPA — US Aviation Agency has no involvement in, control over or responsibility for those arrangements.
- You should not rely on this Plan as a substitute for independent tax or financial counsel. Always consult a qualified CPA or tax professional of your choice for advice specific to your circumstances.
Service Timing and Efforts
- If the Plan is purchased prior to needing tax guidance (e.g., before filing season or IRS notices), US Aviation Agency will make every reasonable effort to arrange the one-time referral introduction with the CPA within 72 hours of your approval to forward documents and request the introduction.
- If the Plan is purchased after receiving tax-related correspondence or during income-tax preparation season, US Aviation Agency will make every reasonable effort to arrange the introductory consultation within 5 business days of your approval to forward documents and request the introduction.
- These timeframes are estimates only. Actual scheduling depends on the CPA’s availability, your prompt provision of necessary information and other factors beyond our control. US Aviation Agency does not guarantee any specific timeframe or outcome.

- US Aviation Agency’s liability related to this Plan is solely and exclusively limited to the actual cost paid for the Aviation CPA Referral Annual Plan ($29).
- In no event shall US Aviation Agency, its owners, employees, agents, representatives or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of income, tax penalties, professional opportunities, financial rights or any other losses arising from the use of this service, the referral introduction or any subsequent interactions with the CPA — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- The Company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees (expressed or implied) regarding the CPA’s qualifications, availability, competence, performance, advice or decision to accept or handle your matter.
Additional Important Notes
- This is an annual subscription for one referral introduction per subscription period (renewable).
- The service activates upon successful payment and is non-refundable after access is granted.
- CPA availability is subject to their independent schedule; we facilitate coordination but do not control or employ the CPA.
- This Plan complements (but does not replace) our U.S. Agent for Service subscription, which is recommended for full FAA compliance via 14 CFR Part 3.
- By purchasing or using this Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to this disclaimer in its entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, do not purchase or use the service. For questions about your specific tax matter, seek advice from a licensed CPA or tax professional directly.
