What documents will I need for the Attorney Referral?
You will need to upload the following during registration:
- FAA Certificate/License (front side only – required if you currently hold one; expired is OK)
Examples: Pilot Certificate, Medical Certificate, Aircraft Registration or other FAA-issued credentials relevant to your situation. - FAA correspondence (if applicable)
Examples: Letter of Investigation, Notice of Proposed Civil Penalty, enforcement-related process server document or other official notice. - Government-Issued Photo ID (required – expired is OK)
Examples: Passport, Driver’s License or other official government photo identification.
Supported formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG or camera photo uploads (each file must be under 10MB).
Important upload tip: If you have multiple documents (e.g., FAA Certificate front and your Photo ID), you can upload them into the first upload field or use separate upload fields if preferred. Simply select all required files/photos at the same time when prompted, maximum 6 files per upload field. Smaller file sizes speed up registration and checkout processing time.
What happens next?
- Click the “I’m Ready to Register” button below.
- You will be taken to the secure registration page where you’ll create your account (or log in if you already have an account).
- Upload your prepared documents during registration.
- Complete checkout for the annual subscription plan.
- Once processed, you will receive confirmation, simply email us when you are ready and we will coordinate a one-time introductory meeting (virtual/phone) with our vetted aviation attorney partner, where the attorney reviews your situation and determines next steps.
