What documents will I need to Register?

You MUST select ALL required photos or files at the same time to upload (ALL selections MUST be in the same format per upload) – If taking a photo with your camera, take one photo of ALL required documents at the same time per upload box:

• FAA Certificate (front only) and your FAA Medical Certificate (required if issued – expired OK) OR For Aircraft Owners: Aircraft Registration and/or Letter of Authorization (LOA)
• Passport (expired OK) OR Government Issued ID (e.g. drivers license, birth certificate)
• Discount ID – Upload your ID to obtain your selected discount (e.g. U.S. Military ID, CRAF Operator ID, Airline ID, Corporate Flight Department ID, Aeronautical University ID or Alumni ID).

Supported formats: PDF, JPEG or camera photo uploads (each file needs to be under 10MB). To upload multiple required documents (e.g. FAA Pilot Certificate [front] and FAA Medical), you must select all files or photos at the same time. If taking a photo with your camera, take one photo of all required documents at the same time per upload box.

What information will I need to Checkout?

• Airmen – Look-up or create your Federal Tracking Number (FTN):
  • IACRA – Click here to look up your FTN prior to completing your US Aviation Agency Checkout.
  • MedXPress – Click here to look up your FTN number in your MedXPress Profile.

• Aircraft Owners – Have your Aircraft Registration, N-Number and Serial Number *
  • Aircraft Inquiry – Click here to look up your aircraft information.

  • FAA Medical Certificate Applicant ID Number (located in the lower left corner of Medical)*

• For individuals who hold or apply for an Aircraft Registration under part 47, the following information is also required
  • Aircraft Registration Number *
  • Make and Model *
  • Serial Number *

* This information will need to be entered manually or uploaded into your My Account > Dashboard Portal after checkout.

What will happen after I complete Registration and Checkout?

You will get instant access to your US Aviation Agency secure personal Dashboard for monitoring FAA correspondence. While you are logged in, please enter required information indicated above with an orange asterisk into your Profile Section of your Dashboard.

US Aviation Agency will handle the entire USAS designation process after receiving all your required documentation and annual plan subscription confirmation.

You will be notified via email when documentation from the Federal Aviation Administration, confirming your FAA Compliance, will be made available on your USAviationAgency.com | My Account | Dashboard.
