US Aviation Agency provides a secure, FAA-compliant U.S. Agent for Service (USAS) for pilots and other aviation professionals with a foreign address who hold FAA certificates (licenses), ratings, authorizations or aircraft registrations.
Under 14 CFR Part 3 Subpart C any individual with a foreign address (and no U.S. physical address on record with the FAA) must designate a US Agent for Service to receive official FAA correspondence.
